We are only moving because we would like more space for the two of us and our pets. This apartment has been very enjoyable. We never even had to use the A/C during the summer. Since it is a garden level apartment, it never got too hot. The apartment faces the courtyard and pond. There is a mountain view between the buildings when you’re on a walk.
