A magnificent eighteen Villa, situated in the northern part of the Chianti Classico.
Surrounded by high woods, the valley is recommended by the Italian Alpine club as a perfect destination for trekking routes that take you trough torrents, water-falls and water- mills to old Roman bridges and were you can even follow the tracks of wild boars. In the neighborhood there also the natural spring and the bottling-factory of a mineral water which bears the same name of the Villa.
Today the Villa has nearly completely preserved its original appearance, typical of the Settecento: the facade with its elegant window decorated with small volutes; the imposing two fight-stairway at the center which gives direct access to the piano nobile. The rooms still have large fire-place in Pietra Serena and the representation rooms are decorated with stucco works and frescoes dating from the middle of the eighteenth century.

In front of the Villa, there is a beautiful large garden with Gazebo tables chairs for outside lunch/dining. The architectonic pool it is round in front of the Villa 11 meters round deep 80 cm.
In the garden is also a private Chapel.
