I bought this tractor new in 2005 to landscape 2 acres of new property. I easily built earth berms, planted root balled trees, dug trenches and plowed an 800' driveway. The diesel engine runs a long time on a tank of fuel and the 4 wheel drive handles any conditions encountered during any winter. I seeded and fertilized my lawn and towed a tank mounted sprayer. Always service at the Kubota dealer and stored inside heated garage. Includes 60" mowing deck and three point hitch. The backhoe and front end loader can be detached within 15 minutes. I stored them on dollies when not in use and pushed them to the corners of the garage.
